Additional F.A.Q’s about the ESTA – Your American Visa!

As you may already know, all visitors to America must have a valid ESTA issued by the American Government prior to entry. Although Visas4USA are permitted to complete the ESTA registration process on your behalf and are always on hand to answer any of your questions regarding the ESTA visa, we’ve put together a list of F.A.Q’s for those who are keen to understand a little more about getting an ESTA.

Obtaining your ESTA

How do I apply?

Visas4USA can get your application for the ESTA kick-started and can complete the whole registration process for you. Simply enter your contact details here (https://secure.visas4oz.co.uk/ApplyOnlineESTA/) and proceed to the next step to complete your ESTA application.

When’s the best time to apply for an ESTA?

You should apply for your ESTA as soon as you’ve arranged to visit the U.S. Doing so will allow you plenty of time to make alternative arrangements in the unfortunate event that your application gets rejected.

Do I need anything to apply for an ESTA?

You’ll need your passport at hand in order to answer some of the questions. You’ll also need your credit and debit card to pay the small fee for your ESTA.

How much does the ESTA cost?

The U.S. government charges $14 (roughly £9) for an ESTA. We change £10.00 per ESTA to apply on your behalf.

Do I need specific itinerary details?

You don’t need firm itinerary details in order to apply for an ESTA. You can however update your application closer to your departure.

How long will it take to process the ESTA?

Visas4USA will issue your ESTA between 24 and 72 hours.

Do I need to print out a copy of the ESTA?

You don’t need to. Visas4USA will email a copy over to you.

What should I do if my application is rejected?

Should your application get rejected, you should apply for a non-immigrant visa. Visas4USA can talk you through this in the rare event that your ESTA application is in fact rejected.
